Assembly In The Dominican Northeast District

On January 26^th, 2017, the Church of the Nazarene in the Dominican Republic Northeast District celebrated its 25th District Assembly, in the Factor Church of the Nazarene in Nagua, Dominican Republic, with the attendance of the General Superintendent Rev. Jerry Porter; Regional Director, Dr. Carlos Sáenz and his wife, Mrs. Rosa de Sáenz.

The District Superintendent, Rev. Felix Polanco, along with his wife, Mrs. Rosie Polanco, gave his third report to the assembly.

Pastors presented the 2020 Vision (Goals for 2020) before God and the assembly. The goals are:

Weekly worship 3,280
Discipleship 1,880
Organized churches 29
Membership 2455

Let us pray to the Lord for this district, its leaders, and for the goals they have set; so that they may be victorious in the name of the Lord.
