On Sunday, March 5th, 2017, in Bayano Lake, Wagandi Village, Panama, a boat that will serve to facilitate evangelism in communities and nearby villages was dedicated. The dedication was made in memory of Pastor Blas Segura and Rev. Anadeis Rodríguez, pioneers of the missions in the indigenous region.

Funding for the purchase was raised by children of the Church of the Nazarene in Colorado, USA. Pastors and leaders of the Colorado district who attended the dedication expressed words of blessing and gratitude.

The boat is named after the two pioneers and was dedicated by Rev. Carlos de la Cruz. Rev. Anadeis Rodríguez and her family, and the wife and daughters of Pastor Blas Segura were present. They expressed their gratitude.

Pastors, leaders and relatives of the honored ones were the first to make a tour on the boat.. It was a great festivity, since it is the beginning of great things that the Lord will do in the communities and villages where the word of God will be taken.

Pastor Amable Polanco from Panama’s Evangelism Ministry thanks the children and leaders of the Colorado district, as well as Rhonda and Bernie Slingerland, missionaries in the Mesoamerica Region, the families of the honored, and all the leaders and pastors of the Panama Central District.
