Camp “Strengthening my Gift and Talent” in Nicaragua

On October 5^th, 2014, 65 youth and 20 adults gathered at the Retreat Center “Oasis of Blessing” in Esteli, Nicaragua North District, to attend the zone youth camp. They studied the life and ministry of Moses, led by Rafael Silva. Participants were challenged to commit to serve the Lord all their lives. There was an altar call for those who have already received God’s call to ministry, but are still unclear about what God is asking them to do. About 30 people came to the altar to seek God’s direction in their lives and commit to serve Him with all their lives. Praise God for these young people who have decided to devote themselves and serve the Lord!

The District NYI council, composed of: Jenny Diaz Moreno, Denia Lisbet Espinoza Viscay, and sisters Margaret Marenco and Lucy Altamirano, organized and conducted the camp.
