Couples and families from the Mexico Norponiente district were blessed by the “Family Care” tour.

From Thursday July 9^th to Saturday July 11^th of this year, the Norponiente district in Huatulco, Oaxaca, Mexico, had their annual couples retreat, where they enjoyed a beautiful time of rest and great refreshing from the word of God. Brothers Miguel and Sister Irene Garita, from the Mesoamerica Region Family Care Ministry, motivated couples during three conferences: quality of married life, couple working as a team and how to resolve differences. Nineteen couples attended the retreat.

In the evening, the Garitas were in the “House of Mercy” Church of the Nazarene in Xoxocotlan, Oaxaca, led by pastors, Abraham and Mayra Blas. They shared the theme “quality of married life.” It was a very special time in the presence of the Lord who ministered to every heart.

On Sunday July 12^th, the families of the Zimatlan Center of Worship and Proclamation, in Oaxaca, Mexico, were ministered. This church is led by Pastor Juan de Dios Gonzalez. The topic shared was “building a culture of peace in the home”. Many families made a commitment to bring peace to their homes. Praise the Lord!

That same day, in the evening, the Garitas shared with 25 couples in the Church of the Nazarene “Family Restoration”,led by Eleazer and Abelina Sosa . They shared about: “Building a Culture of Peace in the Home of Oaxaca, Mexico.” Sister Abelina said. “It was a great blessing to be a part of these conferences, renewing our engagement and hope to see fruits in the people we minister…”

Our missionaries from the Family Care Ministry, are constantly traveling and doing these tours, ministering to marriages and families, they are exposed to different situations, we ask you to lift them up in prayer so that the Lord keep you and bless you all.
