On January 21st and 22nd, 2014, we celebrated the Sixth District Assembly in Oaxaca, Norponiente District. The assembly was held in the “Family Restoration” Church in the city of Oaxaca of Juarez, Oaxaca. – As part of this event, we celebrated a graduation ceremony of the 2010-2013 class consisting of 19 students from ETASEN (Theological Studies Affiliated to the Seminar).

Elder Guillermo Martinez Lopez, ETASEN Director, welcomed the students at the beginning of the ceremony. The ceremony itself was led by Ms. Obdulia Martínez, rector of SENAMEX. She congratulated the students on the achievements obtained and led the ceremony where they dedicated their lives to serve God. She then proceeded to graduate them, presenting them with a Bachelor in Theology to the Assembly and the Committee, integrated by Pastor Elijah Betanzos, District Superintendent; Rev. René Jiménez Guzmán, Filed Strategy Coordinator and Abelina Jarquín Sosa, Lay Regent.

Subsequently, Pastor Elias Betanzos Luis led the prayer on behalf of the graduates and he challenged them to accept God’s call for their lives and to accept to be sent to wherever God disposes.

With this word of prayer, Pastor Luis ended the ceremony and closed the Sixth District Assembly of the Oaxaca Norponiente District.
