The Guatemala North Verapaz District held their first congress for the children of pastors.  An average of 50 young people attended the event at the Nazarene Bible Institute in Coban.

District Superintendent Francisco Cho said that, due to the challenges that face this group of young people, they require “special pastoral care,” which began with this event through Nazarene Youth International and the director of the conference. During this time, the young people were challenged to build their own story following the will of God.  They had times of fellowship, fun, prayer, praise and preaching.

“The participation of our brother Pastor Wilmer Ac along with his wife was a great blessing.  The punctual coordination and creativity of our brother Marlon Sep gave a special touch to the activity. We thank God for them,” added the superintendent.
