The past weeks have seen the partnership of the Called to Serve team of the Caribbean field, Victory Hills Church of the Nazarene in Kansas City, USA, and Genesis volunteer Cleon Cadogan spear-heading the huge task.

The VBS “Right to the finish” in Content was held on July 11-15, 2017, with an attendance of 26 kids, the theme was designed by Lynda Woolford Richards and was well received.

During Maximum Mission the Call to Serve team of young volunteers painted the bar which is now the church building in Content. They also, build a ramp for a disable man Mr. Matthew, and the kids distributed three fruit baskets to the elderly of the community.

August 13, 2017 saw the birthing of the second Nazarene Church in Grenada after 30 years. They celebrated the joy of the Lord who adds daily to His Church. Rev. Samuel Pile shared the message to over 60 persons gathered to hear the heart of God during the service. After this they had three days of encounter services in the community.

Cleon said: “Thank you to all who have gone over and beyond to make this a reality and thank you to all who have and are still praying for Genesis in Grenada. God is on the move, let’s keep reaping the harvest.”
