On October 8th of this year, the first IglePlus was held in the Madre Tierra Church of the Nazarene, in El Salvador Central District. More than 130 young people attended the event, which was aimed to help young people to discover or reaffirm their ministerial vocation and prepare them to serve God through their gifts and talents in different areas provided by the Church of the Nazarene.

The activity began with the general lecture by Pastor Juan Ramon Campos, entitled “Discover Your Ministry and Assume The Challenge To Serve Him”. Other experienced leaders also gave special workshops: Pastoral Ministry was taught by Rev.Ulises Solis, Sunday Schoolby Reynaldo Sánchez; NMI byFreyvi Lopez & Eliud Lemus, NCM by Marisol of Villanueva, Communications by Andrea Villanueva & Carlos Salazar from Regional Communications, Praise Ministry, by Kevin Ayala & Fernando Lara and NYI by Hilmer Gutierrez & Marvin Cruz.

“IglePlus aims to stop the tendency to choose leaders for random task and convince young people to be active components, agents of change, role models who use the skills that God has given them…”
