The Church of the Nazarene Mesoamerica Region planned to host its MAX20 Regional Conference from 7th to 11th October 2020, however, the organizing committee has made the decision to postpone the event to 5th to 9th October 2021.

The reasons for this change are due to two fundamental factors: the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic situation in the region and around the world.

It is important to note that:

  1. All persons who have already paid and registered will not be affected by any change.
  2. The period for the promotional price of $150 is extended. Originally offered from 1st January to 30th June 2020, this has been extended to 31st August 2020.
  3. From 1st September 2020 to 31st January 2021, the cost of the event will increase to $200 per person.
  4. Registration for the event will close on 31st January 2021. After this date, the access link to the registration page will close.
  5. Participation for the creation of the event theme song is open until 30th December 2020. In addition to the rules which can be found at: http://max20.mesoamericaregion.org/en/theme-song/, you must be aware that the song should be no more than 3 ½ minutes long and can be in English or Spanish.
