On Sunday, September 1, a group of 18 youth from the Nicaragua North District, including Nazarene Youth International district council members, a doctor, stylists and volunteers visited the community of “El Cairo” in Somoto, Nicaragua, to offer medical attention, hair cuts, food and children’s ministry.

The object of this activity, called Mission 4X4, was to share the Gospel through service and social action.  The team when to El Cairo because of its low economic resources and little access to basic services.

A total of 30 people received medical attention and medicine according to their needs. Fifty-five hair women and children received hair cuts. They did recreational activities and evangelism with 65 children and shared food with people in need.
