Rubén Fernández: Regional Coordinator of Theological Education

The 28th Convention and General Assembly have been of great blessing to us.  During Convention time I had a participation in the International Council of Superior Education, with all the principals of the world. The theme was “Better Together” and we advanced towards the foundation of a Global Consortium of Nazarene Schools.

The services have been very inspiring. It got my attention last Sunday night’s service where General Superintendent Dr. Stand Toler preached. It was amazed seeing so many people going to the altar responding to God’s calling.

The Nazarene Seminary of the Americas’ exhibition was the meeting spot for many alumni of our institution. Many of them are in transforming leadership jobs in different places around the world.

I have had the privilege of attending to GA since 1997 and they are a unique experience. It is wonderful to see that Church of the Nazarene is still a big international family like our preceders in the faith dreamed of.
